On the move with e-learning

Richard's presentation will be of interest to organisations who are keen to harness the benefits of on-line learning and assessment for a distributed workforce in a fast paced commercial environment.

Pickfords made the decision to migrate to a Moodle based platform in 2009, migrating from an existing system. The entire evaluation, development and roll out has been achieved using internal resources and pre-existing materials. Richard will share first hand experience of successes and challenges encountered along the way.

Ray divides his time between running HowToMoodle and consulting with the company's diverse clients. A long time Moodler (he discovered Moodle in 2002) he is an enthusiastic and pragmatic advocate of the platform. He authors the popular Course Creator and Administrator Reference Manuals.
