Privacy and Data Monitoring policy


Our use of data is governed by our registration under the 1998 Data Protection Act (Registration Number Z8922894, 8th February 2005).

During your use of this web site you may be asked for your name, address, e-mail address, organisational affiliation, telephone numbers, all of which is "Personal Information".

Your Personal Information will be used for the following purposes.

To enable you to register interest in, or to purchase our services.

To enable us to contact you, by email, post, or telephone on matters relating to our business.

To enable us fulfil our obligations as a Moodle Partner to maintain a record of our clients and potential clients.

This site is not itself equipped to handle credit or debit card transactions. All credit and debit card transaction are handled by a third party processor, currently PayPal, who have their own separate privacy and data processing policy.

We have the facility to monitor and record connections to and from our web sites. The monitoring data collected includes browser type, domain names, traffic volumes, times, dates, geographic location, IP information, and data posted from web-forms. We reserve the right to analyse this information from time to time.

We use temporary, session-based cookies on some parts of the site solely for the purposes of authentication.

International Transfers of Data. We use web-hosting arrangements outside of the European Economic Area. In addition we are required to maintain records as part of our obligations as a Moodle Partner, the server on which these records reside is outside of the European Economic Area. In using this website you give your consent to such transfers of data outside of the European Economic Area.
